Northleach Woollies Football School
Registration Details
Northleach Woollies Football Club welcomes children aged between five and nine years old to register for regular football coaching and matches on Sunday mornings during the 2011/2012 football season.
This year the club will operate three age groups from it’s home pitches that are situated on the King George V playing fields in Northleach.

Due to F.A. rules, only “The Woollies” are able to play competitive matches this year however both “The Fleecies” and “Football School” will enjoy weekly fun coaching sessions and, where possible, friendly matches against clubs with similar age groups.
Should you be interested in your child/children, joining the club for the coming season please complete the registration form on the reverse of this sheet and return it by post to:

Please note that if registering more than one child a separate form should be completed for each.
Unfortunately the club does require a registration fee to be paid to cover the cost of pitch hire, FA registration, insurance and coaching equipment. For the 2010/2011 season this will be £30.00 for each child registered.
Where possible we would prefer registration fees to be paid by a cheque made payable to “Northleach Woollies Football Club” andenclosed with your registration form(s). Should it not be possible to make your payment by cheque please contact me and I will make arrangements to receive a cash payment.
